How to make a passport size photo online
- Choose the document. Pick the country and photo type, for example Nepal passport size photo (पासपोर्ट साइज फोटो), citizenship (नागरिकता), a visa, the US DV lottery or a Korea EPS work permit.

What the photo check looks at
- For a person: one face, head straight and facing the camera, eyes open, neutral expression, even lighting, sharpness, head size and position for the chosen document, background colour and resolution.
- For a document: all four edges visible, camera angle, brightness, glare, shadow, sharpness and resolution.
Green means the photo passed these checks. It doesn't guarantee that an office will accept it.
Frequently asked questions
What is the passport size photo size in Nepal?
Most Nepali forms and offices ask for 35 × 45 mm (3.5 × 4.5 cm), with the head about 32 to 36 mm tall and a plain light background. Check the notice for your application, as some offices differ.
