Terms and Conditions

Terms and Conditions

Effective date: August 23, 2026

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of bikrambhujel.com.np and any articles, Premium membership services, courses, digital content, account features, payment services, or other services made available through the website.

By accessing or using https://www.bikrambhujel.com.np/, creating an account, purchasing a course, purchasing or using Premium membership, or using any paid or free service offered through the website, you agree to these Terms.

If you do not agree with these Terms, you should not use the website or its services.

1. Website and Services

bikrambhujel.com.np provides educational content, articles, Premium content, training materials, online courses, learning resources, and related website services.

Some content may be available publicly, while other content may require:

  • A registered account
  • A paid Premium membership
  • A one-time course purchase
  • Manual enrollment or authorization

We may add, remove, modify, or discontinue features, courses, lessons, Premium content, or services from time to time.

2. User Accounts

Certain features of the website require you to create or use an account.

You are responsible for:

  • Providing accurate account information
  • Maintaining control of the email account or authentication provider used to sign in
  • Protecting your login credentials and devices
  • Ensuring that your account is not used by unauthorized persons

You must not share, sell, transfer, or provide access to your account to another person for the purpose of avoiding course, Premium membership, or subscription fees.

We may suspend or restrict an account where there is reasonable evidence of fraud, account sharing, unauthorized access, misuse, or violation of these Terms.

3. Premium Membership

Premium membership provides access to Premium articles and other subscriber-only content made available through bikrambhujel.com.np.

Premium membership and individual paid courses are separate products unless a particular course is explicitly stated to be included as a membership benefit.

3.1 PayPal Premium Membership

Premium membership purchased through PayPal may renew automatically according to the billing interval displayed at checkout until cancelled.

Cancellation stops future renewals. Unless otherwise stated, access normally continues until the end of the current paid billing period.

PayPal payments may also be subject to PayPal's own terms, billing rules, dispute procedures, currency conversion rules, and processing policies.

3.2 eSewa and Khalti Premium Membership

Premium membership purchased through eSewa or Khalti is provided for the access period displayed at the time of purchase.

eSewa and Khalti Premium payments do not automatically renew. A new verified payment is required to extend Premium access unless otherwise stated.

Submitting an eSewa or Khalti transaction or reference ID does not automatically activate Premium membership. Premium access is granted only after the payment has been checked and verified.

3.3 Premium Content Access

Premium access is personal to the registered member.

Premium articles, protected materials, subscriber-only content, account credentials, and related paid resources must not be shared, redistributed, republished, sold, or made available to unauthorized persons.

You must not attempt to bypass, disable, interfere with, reverse engineer, scrape, or otherwise circumvent Premium access controls.

3.4 Membership Expiry and Cancellation

When a Premium membership expires or reaches the end of its paid period after cancellation, access to Premium content may be removed.

Cancellation does not normally provide a refund for an already-paid active membership period unless otherwise stated, approved under the Refund and Cancellation Policy below, or required by applicable law.

4. Course Purchases and Access

Courses may be sold as one-time purchases unless otherwise clearly stated on the relevant course page.

When you purchase a course and the payment is successfully verified, access is granted to the account associated with that purchase.

Course access is personal to the purchaser and may not be resold, transferred, sublicensed, shared, or commercially redistributed.

Unless otherwise stated, purchasing a course provides a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to access the course for educational purposes.

Purchasing a course does not transfer ownership of the course, videos, lesson materials, graphics, source materials, notes, downloads, or intellectual property to you.

5. Course Availability

We aim to keep purchased courses available for a reasonable period, but permanent or lifetime availability is not guaranteed unless specifically stated on the course page.

Course content may be updated, reorganized, replaced, improved, or removed where necessary because of:

  • Technical changes
  • Outdated content
  • Security issues
  • Legal or licensing requirements
  • Changes to third-party platforms or technologies

Where practical, reasonable efforts will be made to avoid unnecessary disruption to users who have already purchased a course.

6. Pricing

Course prices and Premium membership prices may be displayed in currencies including United States Dollars (USD) and Nepalese Rupees (NPR).

Prices may differ between payment methods or currencies because of:

  • Exchange-rate differences
  • Payment processing costs
  • Local pricing decisions
  • Promotions or discounts

Where an NPR amount is calculated from a USD price, an exchange rate may be used as a reference. The final NPR price displayed at the time of purchase is the amount applicable to that transaction.

We may change course or membership prices at any time. Price changes do not affect a completed and verified purchase already made by you.

7. PayPal Payments

PayPal may be offered as a payment option for Premium membership, courses, or other eligible services.

Payments made through PayPal are processed by PayPal and may be subject to PayPal's own terms, conditions, privacy policies, fees, currency conversion rules, billing rules, dispute procedures, and security processes.

We do not receive or store your full card details or PayPal password.

Course or Premium access is granted only when the relevant payment is confirmed or successfully processed.

Where PayPal is used for recurring Premium membership, renewal and cancellation behavior will be shown at checkout and may also be governed by PayPal's subscription-management procedures.

8. eSewa and Khalti QR Payments

For customers in Nepal, manual QR payment may be available for Premium membership, courses, or other eligible paid services through services such as eSewa or Khalti.

When using a manual QR payment method, you may be required to provide information including:

  • Payer name
  • Payer mobile number
  • Payment method
  • Transaction or reference ID
  • Course, membership plan, or service being purchased

Submitting a transaction or reference ID does not mean that your payment has been accepted or verified.

Access is granted only after the payment has been checked and confirmed against the relevant payment record.

Payment verification requests may be rejected if:

  • The transaction cannot be found
  • The payment amount is incorrect
  • The transaction or reference ID is invalid
  • The same transaction has already been used
  • The payment appears fraudulent or altered
  • The payment was sent to the wrong recipient
  • Required verification information is incomplete or inaccurate

Payment verification requests may also expire if they are not verified within the stated verification period.

9. False or Fraudulent Payment Submissions

You must not submit a false, fabricated, copied, stolen, altered, or previously used transaction or reference ID.

You must not attempt to obtain course access, Premium membership, or other paid services without making the required payment.

We reserve the right to reject suspicious payment requests and restrict or suspend accounts involved in repeated false or fraudulent submissions.

Where appropriate, records of fraudulent or abusive activity may be retained for security, dispute-resolution, or legal purposes.

10. Refund and Cancellation Policy

This section forms our Refund and Cancellation Policy and applies to purchases made through bikrambhujel.com.np.

Because courses, Premium content, and other paid materials are digital products or digital services, refund eligibility may depend on the payment method used, whether access has already been activated, the amount of content already accessed, and the circumstances of the request.

10.1 Duplicate Payments

If you accidentally make the same payment more than once for the same course, Premium membership period, or service, please contact us with the relevant transaction information.

Once the duplicate payment has been verified, the duplicate amount may be refunded through an appropriate payment method.

10.2 Manual eSewa and Khalti Payments

Submitting an eSewa or Khalti transaction or reference ID does not automatically activate course or Premium access and does not by itself establish that payment has been received.

Manual payments are reviewed before access is granted.

If a submitted payment cannot be verified, the payment request may be rejected and no paid access will be provided.

If you make a payment using eSewa or Khalti but enter incorrect verification information, please contact us with the correct transaction details so that the payment can be reviewed.

10.3 Incorrect Payment Amount

If you accidentally pay an amount different from the price shown for the course or Premium membership, please contact us before making an additional payment.

Depending on the circumstances, we may:

  • Ask you to pay the remaining balance
  • Refund an overpayment
  • Cancel the transaction where reasonably possible
  • Provide another suitable resolution

We do not guarantee that every incorrectly submitted payment can be reversed, particularly where limitations are imposed by the payment provider.

10.4 Refunds Before Paid Access Is Activated

If payment has been received but course or Premium access has not yet been activated, you may contact us to request cancellation.

Where the payment can be confirmed and cancellation is reasonably possible, we may approve a refund after reviewing the circumstances.

10.5 Refunds After Course Access Has Been Activated

Because course access provides immediate access to digital educational material, refunds are generally not guaranteed after course access has been activated.

However, we may consider refund requests in reasonable circumstances, including:

  • A duplicate payment
  • A payment made for the wrong course by mistake
  • A verified payment for which course access was not provided
  • A technical problem that prevents access and cannot be resolved within a reasonable period
  • Another exceptional circumstance that we determine justifies a refund

Refund requests are reviewed individually.

10.6 Premium Membership Refunds

Premium membership provides access to digital subscriber-only content. Refunds are therefore not automatically guaranteed after Premium access has been activated.

We may consider a Premium membership refund where appropriate, including in cases of:

  • Duplicate payment
  • A verified payment where Premium access was not provided
  • A technical problem that prevents Premium access and cannot be resolved within a reasonable period
  • An incorrect or unintended renewal where a refund is reasonably possible under the applicable payment-provider rules
  • Another exceptional circumstance that we determine justifies a refund

Any mandatory rights available under applicable law remain unaffected.

10.7 Change of Mind

Where course or Premium access has already been activated and the service is functioning as described, a change of mind alone does not automatically entitle the purchaser to a refund.

This does not limit any mandatory rights that may apply under applicable law.

10.8 Technical Problems

If you are unable to access a purchased course or active Premium membership because of a technical problem, please contact us before requesting a refund so that we can attempt to resolve the issue.

We may ask you to provide reasonable information such as:

  • The email address associated with your account
  • The course or Premium service affected
  • A description of the problem
  • The browser or device being used
  • Relevant screenshots or error messages, where appropriate

If the problem is caused by our website and cannot be resolved within a reasonable period, we may provide an alternative solution, restore access, extend access where appropriate, or consider a refund.

10.9 PayPal Refunds

Payments made through PayPal may also be subject to PayPal's own refund, dispute, chargeback, subscription, and payment-processing rules.

If we approve a refund for a PayPal transaction, the refund will normally be processed through PayPal where practical.

Processing time after a refund is issued may depend on PayPal, your bank, card provider, or other financial institution.

10.10 eSewa and Khalti Refunds

If a refund is approved for a verified eSewa or Khalti payment, we may request additional information reasonably necessary to identify the original transaction and return the payment.

Refund processing may be affected by the policies, technical capabilities, fees, limits, or processing times of the relevant payment provider.

We will never ask you to provide your password, PIN, OTP, or other confidential authentication credentials in order to process a refund.

10.11 False, Fraudulent, or Unauthorized Payments

No course access, Premium access, or refund will be provided based on a fabricated, copied, stolen, altered, duplicated, or otherwise fraudulent payment submission.

If a payment was made using another person's payment account without authorization, the matter may be investigated and access may be suspended while the issue is reviewed.

Repeated fraudulent activity may result in account restriction or termination.

10.12 Manual Payment Requests That Expire

A manual payment verification request may expire if it is not verified within the applicable verification period.

If a request expires but you actually completed the payment, please contact us with the correct transaction details before making another payment.

An expired payment request does not automatically mean that a verified payment has been forfeited.

10.13 Cancellation of a One-Time Course Purchase

Once a one-time course payment has been verified and course access has been activated, the purchase cannot normally be cancelled in the same way as an ongoing subscription.

Any refund request after activation will be considered under the provisions of this Refund and Cancellation Policy.

10.14 PayPal Premium Membership Cancellation

If Premium membership is purchased through a recurring PayPal subscription, you may cancel future renewals using the cancellation options made available through the applicable payment or account-management process.

Cancellation normally stops future billing and does not automatically refund amounts already paid for an active membership period.

Unless otherwise stated, Premium access may continue until the end of the current paid period after cancellation.

10.15 eSewa and Khalti Premium Membership Renewal

Premium membership paid through eSewa or Khalti is not automatically renewed.

When the paid access period ends, a new verified payment is required to extend Premium access unless otherwise stated.

If a new manual Premium payment is made before the current paid period ends, the applicable access period may be extended according to the membership terms shown at the time of payment.

10.16 Refund Abuse

We reserve the right to refuse refund requests where there is reasonable evidence of abuse, including repeated purchase-and-refund behavior intended to obtain temporary access to digital content without genuine payment.

Where appropriate, accounts involved in repeated refund abuse may be restricted from making further purchases.

10.17 How to Request a Refund

To request a refund, report a duplicate payment, cancel where applicable, or raise a payment-related issue, please contact us and provide:

  • Your name
  • The email address associated with your account
  • The course, membership, or service purchased
  • The payment method used
  • The payment amount
  • The transaction or reference ID
  • The approximate payment date
  • The reason for your request

Please do not send passwords, PINs, OTP codes, recovery codes, or complete payment credentials.

10.18 Refund Decisions

We aim to review refund and payment-related requests within a reasonable period.

Approval of one refund does not create an obligation to approve future requests under different circumstances.

Nothing in this policy is intended to restrict rights that cannot lawfully be excluded under applicable law.

11. Account Sharing and Unauthorized Access

Course access and Premium access are intended for the registered user who purchased or was granted access to the relevant service.

You must not:

  • Share your account with multiple people
  • Publish or distribute private course or Premium links
  • Allow another person to use your account to avoid payment
  • Attempt to bypass course or Premium access controls
  • Use automated tools to extract protected course or Premium content

We may suspend or revoke course or Premium access if there is evidence of deliberate account sharing, unauthorized redistribution, security abuse, or circumvention of access controls.

12. Intellectual Property

Unless otherwise stated, the website and its original content, including public and Premium articles, course lessons, videos, graphics, written materials, downloadable resources, designs, branding, and training materials, are owned by or licensed to bikrambhujel.com.np.

You may use purchased course material and Premium content for your own personal, non-commercial educational use.

You may not, without prior written permission:

  • Copy or republish protected course or Premium content
  • Record or redistribute course videos
  • Sell or sublicense course or Premium materials
  • Upload protected content to file-sharing or learning platforms
  • Distribute lesson notes or downloads commercially
  • Remove copyright or ownership notices

Limited quotation or use may be permitted where allowed by applicable copyright law.

13. AI-Assisted Content

Some content, images, examples, drafts, explanations, or supporting material on the website may be created or assisted by artificial intelligence tools.

AI-assisted content may contain errors, omissions, or outdated information. We make reasonable efforts to review content where appropriate, but users should independently verify information before relying on it for important technical, financial, legal, professional, or operational decisions.

14. Educational Purpose

Courses and educational materials are provided for learning and informational purposes.

Course participation or completion does not guarantee:

  • Employment
  • Certification
  • Promotion
  • Income
  • Professional licensing
  • Any particular career or business outcome

Where a course discusses third-party products, technologies, certifications, vendors, or platforms, those names and trademarks remain the property of their respective owners.

Where a completion certificate is provided by this website, it represents completion of the applicable training offered through bikrambhujel.com.np. It does not represent an official third-party or vendor certification unless explicitly stated otherwise.

15. Technical Content and Labs

Some educational content may include technical instructions, commands, configurations, networking procedures, system administration tasks, cybersecurity concepts, or laboratory exercises.

You are responsible for testing technical instructions in an appropriate environment before applying them to production systems.

We are not responsible for data loss, service interruption, configuration errors, security incidents, hardware damage, or other losses caused by applying technical examples without appropriate review, backup, authorization, or testing.

16. Backups and User Data

Although we may use reasonable measures to maintain website and application data, we do not guarantee that all user-generated data, progress data, or account-related information can always be recovered.

You should maintain copies of any information, notes, files, or resources that you are responsible for preserving.

Course purchase, membership, enrollment, payment-verification, and progress records may be maintained separately for administrative, security, and payment-verification purposes.

17. Prohibited Use

You may not use the website or services to:

  • Commit fraud or impersonate another person
  • Attempt unauthorized access to accounts, databases, administrative systems, or protected content
  • Interfere with website security or availability
  • Submit malicious code or automated abuse
  • Scrape or systematically extract protected course or Premium content
  • Use another person's payment information without authorization
  • Violate applicable laws or regulations
  • Infringe intellectual property rights

18. Third-Party Services

The website may rely on or link to third-party services, including hosting providers, authentication services, payment processors, video platforms, analytics services, social platforms, and external websites.

We do not control the availability, policies, security, or operation of third-party services.

Your use of those services may be subject to separate terms and privacy policies.

19. External Links

The website may contain links to third-party websites or resources.

A link does not necessarily mean that we endorse or guarantee the content, products, services, security, or practices of the linked website.

You access third-party websites at your own discretion and should review their applicable terms and privacy policies.

20. Affiliate Links

Some links may be affiliate or referral links.

If you purchase a product or service through such a link, we may receive a commission or referral benefit at no additional cost to you, unless otherwise stated.

Affiliate relationships do not change your responsibility to evaluate whether a third-party product or service is suitable for you.

21. Availability and Maintenance

We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free availability of the website.

Access may occasionally be interrupted because of:

  • Maintenance
  • Software updates
  • Hosting outages
  • Network failures
  • Security incidents
  • Third-party service outages
  • Events outside our reasonable control

We may temporarily disable certain services where necessary to protect users, data, or website security.

22. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, bikrambhujel.com.np will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive losses arising from your use of, or inability to use, the website or its services.

This may include loss resulting from reliance on educational material, third-party services, technical instructions, interruptions, data loss, account misuse, or unauthorized actions outside our reasonable control.

Nothing in these Terms is intended to exclude or limit liability where such exclusion or limitation is prohibited by applicable law.

23. Suspension or Termination

We may suspend, restrict, or terminate access to the website or particular services where reasonably necessary because of:

  • Violation of these Terms
  • Fraudulent payments
  • Repeated false payment submissions
  • Account sharing
  • Unauthorized redistribution of course or Premium content
  • Attempts to bypass security controls
  • Abusive or unlawful activity

Where practical, we may contact the account holder before permanent action is taken, depending on the seriousness of the issue.

24. Privacy

Your use of the website is also subject to our Privacy Policy and Cookie Policy.

These policies explain how personal information, payment-verification information, authentication data, and browser technologies are handled.

25. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms to reflect changes to the website, Premium membership, courses, payment options, legal requirements, security practices, or services.

The latest version will be published on this page with an updated effective date.

Your continued use of the website after updated Terms become effective constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms, to the extent permitted by applicable law.

26. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid, unlawful, or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue to apply to the fullest extent permitted by law.
