How to fix Microsoft Office 365 Activation Error

Windows activation failed and Microsoft office 365 changed into Microsoft office 2016. You did everything such as uninstalling it and reinstalling it however it doesn't work. Here in this article, I will discuss everything on how you can solve this issue.

Method 1:

Go to the following directory and run OSPPREARM 

C:\Program Files (x86)\Microsoft Office\Office16 and right-click OSPPREARM as administrators  (OSPPREARM location may be different in your case.)

How to fix Outlook Import/Export button Grayed-out issue

Sometimes you will see the Import/Export button is grayed out as shown in the image below

To resolve this issue, I kindly request you to follow the below instructions

Method 1: 

Open Command Prompt as admin right

 

Change the directory to C:\Program Files\Microsoft Office\Office16 

Your directory may be different, make sure that OSPPREARM file is in the Office16 folder as shown in the image below

Type the following command

• cscript ospp.vbs /dstatus
• cscript ospp.vbs /unpkey:LAST_FIVE_PRODUCT_KEY_CHARACTERS

Now restart your computer and see.
